Paul Harper Search & Selection is a leading Financial Services Search consultancy. Our office is based in Blagdon, North Somerset in a beautiful country house. We work with many of the biggest names in UK Financial Services such as household name insurance companies, fund managers and private banks.

As part of our growth plans, we are seeking a part time or full time Recruitment Co-ordinator Office Administrator to work closely alongside our office-based team to support with general day to day administrative tasks.

You will also work closely with our partnered recruitment businesses, acting as the main point of contact between the clients and candidates.

The role will be varied, but the main duties will include:

· Recruitment administration tasks

· Responding to general enquiries

· Formatting CVs and company documents to a high standard

· Arranging interviews

· Taking candidate/client feedback

· Sending Interview confirmations

· Dictation

· Keeping the CRM system up to date

· Ensuring incoming CVs are followed up with

· Assisting Consultants with day-to-day administration

· Diary management

The successful individual will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to work to work as part of a team to deliver high standards. You must have competent computer skills and have a professional telephone manner .
