We have a really exciting opportunity for A Level leavers and University students to join our team at Paul Harper Search (at our offices in Blagdon, North Somerset) for a paid internship over the summer months of July and August.

It's a great opportunity to gain some experience and understanding of what life is like in a busy executive search company.

The role will include supporting and working closely with our consultants.

In a standard day, you’ll be:

• Researching and mapping the market
• Sourcing and attracting candidates
• Engaging and building rapport with candidates and clients
• Admin responsibilities such as formatting CVs, creating spreadsheets and updating the CRM system
• Writing engaging adverts and bespoke selling documentation
• Use of telephone, internet search and database search to identify the best candidates in the market.
