The role

• Sourcing, attracting and securing candidates
• Use of telephone, internet search and database search to identify the best candidates in the market
• Engagement and rapport building with candidates and clients
• Working closely with an assigned Consultant
• Administrative duties including maintain and updating CRM system
• Networking on LinkedIn
• Working closely with and supported by a designated Search Consultant

Candidate requirements:

• A Level qualifications
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to develop and progress professionally
• Enjoys working as part of a friendly and dynamic team
• Personable, intelligent and ambitious
• Resourceful with the ability to use own initiative
• Willingness to learn about the Financial Services market

• Salary rise after 6 months and further rise to £25,000 + bonus on completion of qualification (approx 16-18 months)
