Our client has a fantastic reputation in the UK for providing award winning solutions in Workplace Pensions, Master Trusts and Auto-Enrolment. It manages more than £20bn of assets on behalf of over 5 million members.

Due to ongoing expansion, it is seeking a Business Development Manager to promote its Workplace Pensions suite to Intermediary clients across the West Midlands / M5 Corridor. The incumbent will be responsible for driving and developing relationships with Corporate Advisers and IFAs, whilst maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients from the Auto Enrolment division of the firm.

The focus will be on acquisition through implementing, refining and monitoring tactical business plans, ensuring that our client is positioned as a leading Workplace Pension provider and increasing investment FUM, APE and product sales, driving long-term business growth and promoting operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Intermediary sales, with a focus on Workplace Pensions and an existing network of Intermediary relationships. Strong ability in both hunting and winning new business as well as ongoing account management is vital, as is the experience of consultative selling.
