We were approached to help recruit a Senior Compliance Specialist and having agreed that this was a specialist role which needed to be filled quickly and efficiently, we agreed to undertake a targeted tactical search.
By mapping out compliance structures of their competitors, we were able to identify candidates with the relevant skills who would not require relocation. We allowed six weeks for the search and shortlisted a total of 4 individuals.
The successful individual was appointed within a ten week period. Within a further three months, the newly appointed candidate was promoted to head of department.
