Charlotte joined Paul Harper Search in 2017, after completing her degree in Psychology at the University of Reading. She initially joined the team as a Researcher, identifying top performing Financial Planning professionals before becoming the Office Manager in 2018.

Always keen to develop her skills and knowledge, Charlotte completed her Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship during lockdown in 2020 and completed her Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship with Cambridge Marketing College in 2023, achieving Distinction.

Charlotte is now our Operations and Marketing Manager.  

Outside of work, she enjoys a walk along the beach followed by a pub lunch!
