Our Story

Paul Harper Search & Selection has 21 years experience in finding top talent for Financial Services businesses.

We are a small team of highly skilled Recruiters and Merger & Acquisition professionals based in a country house in the beautiful Somerset countryside.

Our clients know the only way to succeed in a competitive market, is to have high expectations when hiring, and our aim is to always exceed those expectations, by presenting a short list of candidates who can really add value to the business.

Our consultants are supported by a dedicated research team, ensuring that we consistently generate the highest quality candidates, many of whom are not actively on the market.
