Our client is a leading UK Pensions provider with a strong reputation in the Corporate Pensions arena, built on fantastic service and implementation support. As part of its growth strategy, it is strengthening its Workplace proposition and investing in its business development team.
It is seeking a senior Corporate Pensions Business Development Manager with extensive experience of the Workplace Pensions arena and strong connections with EBCs and Corporate Advisers to join its expanding team. The successful individual will have the gravitas and experience to operate at senior stakeholder level and will have a track record of success within a leading Workplace Pensions provider, either currently or historically.
Possessing a hunter mentality, this individual will focus on winning new clients, deepening existing relationships and developing occasional supporters. The role will also involve supporting beauty parades, providing specialist education and support to the wider business development team and working closely with the senior leadership to influence decision-making in proposition and approach to market.
The role represents a fantastic opportunity to reap the financial rewards of your success within a dynamic, highly motivated Workplace sales team.
