Financial Planner – Southern Europe

We have been exclusively retained by our client, an established, specialist UK Financial Planning firm that has earned a reputation as the leader in providing high quality financial advice to British and Irish expats that have relocated to Southern Europe. They are seeking Financial Planners as a result of succession planning for existing Partners and due to extensive new client demand in France, Spain and Portugal, particularly in the French Alps, Canary Islands and Costa del Sol.
Our client is seeking Financial Planners that want to “change their life but not their careers”, and relocate either with their family or independently to one of the key offices where an existing Director has stated their intention to retire within the next 5 years. You will therefore be responsible for inheriting the Partner’s clients and network, whilst also benefitting from extensive lead generation support. This is via a highly sophisticated marketing strategy that attracts mass affluent and HNW British and Irish expats. On average, advisers receive 8-9 qualified leads per months and receive dedicated, specialist back-office support.
The position provides a genuine opportunity to consistently earn in excess of €140,000 per year, with the highest earning Directors earning between €400,000-€500,000 plus equity. The position is employed, but you will have the option to become self-employed in the future.
To be considered, you must be a CII qualified Chartered Financial Planner or Level 4 qualified with 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Planner. Full training and relocation support is provided.
Salary and package: €60,000 Basic + Bonus + Relocation Allowance + Equity
