We have been exclusively retained by a modern, independent, Chartered Financial Planning firm with an established reputation in the City, that is seeking a Senior Financial Planner in London as a result of succession planning and client demand.

Our client has ambitious growth plans to double the level of AUM within 5 years via highly selective acquisitions and organic measures, which is bolstered by a sophisticated and bespoke marketing strategy that attracts very high-quality leads (HNW individuals with £1m+ investable assets). The business also has a strong and growing presence within the professional community, and has forged relationships with several introducers that refer clients. However, it currently lacks the capacity to handle the new client demands this generates.

On top of this, the firm’s CEO and founding director is seeking to significantly reduce their financial planning responsibilities, and therefore is seeking someone to inherit a portion of their portfolio (£350,000 ongoing income). This consists predominantly of HNW business owners and entrepreneurs.

This opportunity will suit an experienced Chartered Financial Planner that possesses the ambition to help shape the direction and development of the company, and contribute strategically to its growth plans. It is therefore seeking someone that has the creative, entrepreneurial nature and ambition to assist in reaching this goal. The Managing Director also wants to encourage someone to develop their own specialism, and they will receive dedicated, bespoke marketing support to get it off its feet.

Candidates must have strong knowledge and experience providing holistic advice on complex cases including Tax Planning, Tax Advantage Investments, IHT Planning and Pension Planning.
