Surveys and Research Much of our work revolves around researching sectors, salaries, skills shortages and other factors impacting on recruitment for our clients. Much of the work undertaken by our team of researchers and consultants is confidential and only seen by the client who has commissioned the research. The non-confidential surveys we undertake are listed here.
“No one knows our market better than we do” Paul Harper The information will be updated regularly so please check this area regularly. Salary Changes: We regularly produce surveys on the changes across specialisms and regionally on salaries and benefits packages. Click here for access to the latest surveys we have undertaken. Skills Shortages: These surveys are undertaken less frequently but have developed from client assignments to find specific skills and our research has shown a shortfall across the sector for suitably qualified people. Client/Candidates Surveys: The most recent survey is attached. The Campaign Analysis and Feedback was performed during October 2004 and April 2005 and gives an overview of the work undertaken and the feelings of the people involved. These surveys are regularly undertaken by our Consultants. Please contact us if you wish to print these surveys and we will send you a copy.
