Executive Coaching is a valuable tool that can be utilised at any stage of a professional journey. Whether an individual is just starting out or are well-established in their career, Executive Coaching can help achieve goals to reach their full potential.

If someone has recently started a new role, Executive Coaching can be particularly beneficial during the initial onboarding phase. A coach can help individuals form strategies to build strong relationships with team members, navigate leadership challenges, and effectively plan and prioritise tasks.

Alternatively, Executive Coaching can also support developing leadership skills, career coaching, or addressing specific performance issues.

No matter what career stage an individual is in, Executive Coaching can provide the highly personalised support they need to succeed.

How does it work?

Executive Coaching is offered as a programme which is customisable to meet the unique needs of the individual.

The programme consists of between 4 to 8 sessions, of up to 90mins, usually spread over a period of months, depending on the specific requirements.

How to enroll on an Executive coaching programme?

There are three simple steps to enrollment:

Step 1: Introductory & Chemistry Meeting - Meet the coach and for them to understand what the individual is looking to achieve and to identify if coaching is the most appropriate solution.

Step 2: The Coaching Proposal - This will detail the coaching programme, number of sessions, duration and costs.

Step 3: Programme Commencement - The programme will start with forming the client-coach partnership agreement which sets the expectations and boundaries and ensuring that both parties are aligned with the goals and objectives of the programme.

Throughout the programme, the coach will follow a 5-step approach to help the individual achieve their desired outcomes. This approach is tailored to the specific needs of the individual and may include a variety of techniques and tools designed to support the coaching process.

At the heart of effective coaching is the ability to gain a deeper understanding of oneself and to develop a heightened sense of self-awareness. This is why the "Discover" stage of coaching is so critical. To support this process, our executive coach will leverage psychometric tools such as the DiSC Behavioral Assessment, which identifies an individual's Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness preferences.

Some of the most common challenges faced by those who are suitable for Executive Coaching include:
  • Busy schedules: High achievers often have very demanding schedules that leave little time for self-reflection and personal development.

  • Difficulty focusing on oneself: Many individuals prioritise their work above their own personal development, leading to a lack of clarity about their own potential and career trajectory.
  • Getting stuck in "operational mode": Individuals who are constantly focused on the day-to-day operations of their job may struggle to see the big picture and develop a strategic perspective.
  • Uncertainty about personal and professional goals: Some individuals may not be clear about their own unique value proposition or how to differentiate themselves from their peers.

One-to-one coaching is a powerful tool that can drive a wide range of outcomes, including:
  • Increased self-awareness, confidence, and capability: Coaching can help individuals gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, which can lead to increased confidence and a greater sense of capability.

  • Improved emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills: Through coaching, individuals can develop a better understanding of their own emotions and how to manage them, as well as how to build strong relationships with others.

  • Greater clarity around personal and business goals: Coaching can help individuals clarify their personal and professional aspirations, and develop a plan to achieve them.

  • Actionable steps to achieve meaningful progress: One-to-one coaching can help individuals identify specific actions and milestones to help them achieve their goals.

  • Increased personal resilience and mindfulness: Coaching can help individuals develop the mental and emotional resilience needed to navigate challenges and setbacks, as well as cultivate a greater sense of mindfulness and presence in their daily life.

By working with an Executive Coach, individuals can unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful progress in both their personal and professional lives.
