Ethics is not a word readily associated with the recruitment sector, but as members of the Association of Executive Recruiters and with Paul Harper as Chairman of the Association, it is something we take very seriously. All of our search and selection procedures are carried out under the Association of Executive Recruiters guidelines.

• We aim to work with a select number of clients so as to avoid potential conflicts of interest which can limit the scope of a search. This ensures the highest quality of service and continuing commitment to each client.
• Once a client retains us we will not approach their staff for at least one year.
• Individuals placed by us will not be approached again.
• Candidates will always be interviewed face to face by our consultants before being recommended to any client.
• Candidates will only be involved in one selection process at a time, so clients will not be competing against each other for the best candidates.
