A snapshot survey of Life companies undertaken by
Paul Harper Search at the beginning of 2009 shows
that, despite the incredibly difficult market conditions
facing the Financial Services industry, a third of the
companies are still actively recruiting for their
Intermediary Sales Teams.
“This survey shows that, with the right skills, there are
still new jobs for people in the market,” commented
Paul Harper. “However, the skills being demanded will
challenge many people; the market is changing and
only those people with the right skills can expect to
make the move to the recruiting companies.”
