Having the Right People

Dominic Grinstead, Managing Director, MetLife says:
1.  The biggest challenge this year is to ensure we have a consistency of sales performance across the whole team.  To do this means ensuring we have the right people doing the right things all the time.
2.  Individuals and firms should continue to get ready for RDR, and also be mindful that a change in government and increasing influence from Brussels may change the agenda.
