• Less senior roles are being advertised, but more people that are senior are now beginning to look for new, and possibly safer roles.  
• Sales skills are now becoming ever more important; people are looking for hunters in the current market, not farmers. 
• Qualifications can be an easy way to differentiate in a crowded market; FPC or CF is now an absolute minimum, with the Diploma preferred.
