We are thrilled to share the news that both Paul Harper Search & Selection Limited and Paul Harper M&A Limited are now a Certified B Corporation™!
We decided to start working towards B Corp in November 2022, and over the last year, we have been working hard as a business to improve our social and environmental performance. Today, we’re proud to join the ranks of only 1,500 certified B Corps in the UK!
B Corporations, or B Corps, are businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. B stands for Benefit for all. The B Global Network mobilises the B Corp movement to change our economic system to positively impact all stakeholders — workers, communities, customers, and our planet.
To qualify as a B Corp, we had to undergo rigorous assessments to demonstrate our dedication to ethical business practices, sustainability and social responsibility. We have made a legal commitment to stakeholder governance, and we are demonstrating accountability and transparency by disclosing this record of performance in a public B Corp Profile.
We are now part of a global movement of companies striving for more than just profit. We are dedicated to using business as a force for good!
None of this would have been achievable without our incredible team, who not only share our vision, but actively support our mission and drive for meaningful change.
We are excited about the journey ahead as we continue to prioritise purpose alongside profit.

B Corps often have a strong mission and set of values that prioritise social and environmental impact alongside profit. Certifying as a B Corp formalises these values and demonstrates our genuine commitment to them.
As a B Corp, we have undergone a rigorous certification process to meet and exceed high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Here's how we are doing business differently as a B Corp:
The hard work is not finished. Certified B Corporations must undertake the assessment and verification process every three years, ensuring lasting commitment to the community. We are dedicated to continuously enhancing our performance and have already increased our scoring to 83.2. As we look ahead to recertification in December 2026, our goal is to reach, or even surpass, a score of 85.0. This ambition reflects our dedication to not just maintaining our current standards but actively striving for greater heights.
